Sarah began her real estate business in 2018 and has since supported many homeowners and buyers to achieve their goals. She has sold both residential and lifestyle properties throughout the Bay of Plenty spreading geographically between Te Puna through to Papamoa.

Sarah has lived in Tauranga for 20 years and has seen tremendous growth and development over this period. Sarah works from a strong ethical framework and has a “no surprises policy”. She works transparently with both sellers and buyers and communicates in a timely manner as they navigate their way through the purchasing and selling of their homes.

Through her Masters research and and tertiary teaching background Sarah is known nationally as a communication expert and is this strength that she brings into real estate career. Alongside this she builds relationships quickly with people and has fantastic negotiating skills.
Sarah builds her business on building relationships between herself and sellers and buyers and is about “putting people first”. “My goal is to work in a genuine way with others and make the selling and buying process as straightforward and seamless as possible”.

Sarah is invested into supporting communities, and for this reason has been a Board Member for a national organisation that works to support the wellbeing of children and their families. As a previous Director at Waipuna Hospice she is also a passionate supporter of their service in the Bay.

With her background as a Registered Social Worker, Sarah understands the circumstances that can result in a property being sold, and its impact on individuals and their families. For this reason Sarah brings genuine care and understanding to her interaction with others.

As a previous business owner she brings a strong business acumen, professionalism and detailed approach to her work. As a previous property investor and keen renovator Sarah has experience to be able to guide buyers and investors to be able to find properties that have the potential to obtain capital gain through making improvements.
