After each sale I  ask all my sellers and buyers for their feedback, and those are the most commonly used words they come up.

I am proud to say I am genuine and honest with everyone I deal with and it pays off. I have sold over $200 million worth of properties since 2006. I am in the top 2% of Ray White Agents, internationally. 

I use the globally recognised Net Promoter Score to measure my customer’s satisfaction and I hover around the +99 mark. 

I am a passionate auctioneer and a co-owner of Ray White Tauranga since 2011.

Personally, I am a born and bred Tauranga, a father and a husband. I’m not showy and apart from indulging in the odd dad joke, I wouldn’t say I’m overly cheesy. You’re not going to see my face on For Sale signs larger than the property I’m selling.

What I do is listen to my vendors, I try to talk less and listen more. We talk through where you’re at and what you need. I will give you my honest advice, whether now is the right time to sell and I will act swiftly and smoothly, my goal is to make things as stressfree as possible. 

The value of choosing me over other agencies or salespeople is that I work with you over time. When you’re ready to list, whether that’s now or in a year, I am here with you to give advice and knowledge on how to get the most for your property. It's common for me to appraise properties and chat with vendors for months, sometimes years, before the property actually goes on the market. I have experience and it’s my job to share it with you. 

Being an auctioneer I have strong negotiation skills, a friendly persona, yet when it comes down to it, I get the deal done. We list property by auction where appropriate but certainly not in all cases. 

I give honest appraisals and while I want you to list with me, I'm not going to try and win you over with inflated figures or overpromising. 

I do a lot of work in the background to make sales run well. Hours are spent going through property files, council plans, analysing titles and working through LIMs. My role is to know everything I can about a property and to represent it to a purchaser in the strongest light possible. 

Let me introduce to you Sue Peard. With 30 years of experience, she works hard to take the stress and worry from our customers as they make the big decisions around their next move. She plays a huge part in the business, we’ve worked together for a long time and we both have a shared role in each sale.
